Due to an internal secondment, we have an immediate opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to join HBF on a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract. Centrally located in our modern offices in the Perth CBD, this role offers more than your stock-standard recruitment position and has the potential for extension or permanency dependent on business needs.
Partnering with key business stakeholders, you will identify, attract and recruit the best available talent and effectively talent pipeline to meet future business needs. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the broader People Team to deliver continuous improvement initiatives aligned to our overall People Strategy that will broaden your experience as a professional recruiter.
As a technically strong recruiter, you are self-motivated, results driven and understand that building strong stakeholder relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience is critical to your ability to effectively and consistently deliver. You are at your best working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with like-minded, organisationally focused recruiters.
Previous experience recruiting in the IT/Technology/Digital space will be highly regarded, previous recruitment experience working within a fast-paced environment delivering multi-disciplined recruitment is essential. Your communication and negotiation skills are outstanding, as is your ability to effectively manage competing priorities while meeting and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
