Due to new growth within the Technology Risk function, a new role has been created for a talented Cyber Awareness and Engagement Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to Senior Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
This role will be responsible for developing and driving HBF’s Security Awareness and Training programme, reporting, and driving improved engagement.
You are a passionate Cyber Security and Risk Management evangelist, with a passion for people.
To be successful in the role:
- Demonstrated experience in similar or related roles (Cyber Security, Technical Training, etc)
- Knowledgeable in Cyber Security and Enterprise Risk Management
- Understanding of key measures and metrics for Cyber Security
- Engagement experience in various key areas of targeted education and communication activities
