A fantastic new position has been created for a driven User Researcher to join the Member Experience team and assisting within the Transformation Division to improve today’s member experience to drive sustainable business value and member value. This is a fabulous role for a candidate who loves to dig deep inside into research and find out more about how HBF’s services can improve our members lives.
You’re an intuitive person who digs deep down into research methodologies and techniques. You love to solve problems and uncover design opportunities. This is a hands on role for a UX/User Researcher who is confident picking the right research method for the project and being able to deliver actionable insights to design teams.
- Comfortable across the spectrum of research methods including both generative and evaluative methods
- Strong qualitative research background, i.e.: using methods such as in-person and remote interviews, field studies and workshops including co-design sessions
- Strong knowledge of quantitative design research including executing surveys
- Work with various business divisions at HBF to assess the desirability of the design and capture considerations to incorporate into the design solution
- Supporting the Service Design Lead in producing service blueprints, personas, mapping customer journeys, developing using industry design standards and best practices
- Great stakeholder management skills, you can explain and communicate research findings, ideas and detailed design and design rationale through storyboards wireframes or prototype.
