The Opportunity
HBF is seeking a suitably experienced GRC Analyst to join our newly created Conduct & Remediation (C&R) team in this permanent, full-time opportunity. Reporting to the Head of Conduct & Remediation and working collaboratively with key stakeholders, the GRC Lead Analyst will be responsible for ensuring end to end process analysis and root cause analysis on matters requiring prevention or remediation work and initiating and managing remediation projects.

Instrumental in developing an appropriate remediation approach and paths in line with frameworks and guidelines, GRC Lead Analyst plays a critical role in leading the definition of how requirements are implemented and partners with the business to embed process, system and technical change across the organisation.

About You
You are a commercially minded, pragmatic problem solver with demonstrated experience in senior business analysis roles or similar. Your proven ability to conduct analysis, solid understanding of risk management, regulatory landscape and project lifecycles, project management methodologies and remediation methodologies will be essential in delivering on C&R strategic objectives. You will also have exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt and adjust your style of communication to suit audiences.
