A fantastic opportunity for Two talented Governance, Risk and Compliance Analysts to join the Cyber Risk team on a permanent full-time basis. These positions will be directly reporting to the Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead. This role has a broad remit of responsibilities which revolve around improving the cyber security posture of HBF Group to ensure member and regulatory requirements are met.
You will be highly organised individual with an acquired skillset in compliance looking to work within a challenging environment. Some of the key duties of this role will include the following:
• Providing Cyber Security and GRC support to the organisation
• Performing control testing aligned to HBF Group’s Control Assurance Programme
• Contributing to the delivery of key metrics and reporting
• Providing guidance to business stakeholders for adherence to industry obligations and policy requirements
• Providing administrative support for the management of Risk, and the broader operation of the Cyber GRC function
• Provide support to the GRC Specialists in delivering key outcomes for the HBF Group
To be successful in the role requires:
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills, able to effectively communicate with senior members in the organisation
• High-level understanding of Technology Risk, Governance and compliance with the ability to interpret and deliver content at a variety of levels
• Highly effective reporting and administration skills
