The Opportunity
Due to recent growth within the Technology team, a new position for a talented Supplier Management Coordinator is needed on a permanent full-time basis. This will eventuate into an autonomous role with room for career growth. You will be working closely within a small team to assist the business and technology requirements.

About You
Reporting to the Technology Supplier Manager, this position will need a strong coordinator with exceptional stakeholder management skills. Some of the main duties of this position will include the following;

- Engaging with Technology Suppliers to execute software support, software licensing and hardware maintenance renewals
- Working with senior internal stakeholders within the business to process-map current and future requirements
- Creating Purchase Orders and maintaining product schedules
- Seeking approval and executing renewals to ensure optimal value for money is obtained
- Utilising well developed interpersonal skills to engage and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of numerous technology products along with the associated compliance requirements
- Utilising internal systems such as procure-to-pay, contract management and finance management systems

Desirable:
- Experience with Anaplan
- Experience with Confluence
- Experience with CIAnywhere
