The Opportunity

Then perhaps you can see yourself being a Member Relationship Consultants representing HBF with our members? Working within a close-knit team in our Geraldton branch, you will be the first point of contact supporting new and existing members in the moments that matter; identifying their needs and recommending the right product to fit their individual circumstances in an empathetic, member focused way. You will also work closely with existing members to review their cover, process claims, respond to queries while promoting and demonstrating the use of online services.

About You

The Geraldton Branch is currently seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated, natural communicators, focused on providing exceptional customer service to our members during some of life’s highest and lowest moments – from welcoming a new baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-saving medical treatment.


To be considered for this role, you will;

  • Customer service experience with a natural ability to communicate effectively with our members
  • A comfort level carrying out sales related conversations and cross selling HBF products and services to meet member needs
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy with the ability to support our members through difficult times
  • Solid computer literacy skills; we have a complete suite of complex systems you will be trained in
  • Be adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same!
