About the Role
As a Member Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact in our Cannington branch (located in Westfield Carousel), representing HBF in the moments that matter to our members.
Working within a small team, you will support new and existing members both face-to-face and over the phone, by identifying their needs and recommending the right product for them.
You will be there for a wide range of members’ life moments – from welcoming a new baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-critical medical treatment – as they reach out to better understand their health cover.
This position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis.
About You
You are a vibrant, energetic and collaborative team player with a natural ability to communicate passionately. Being adaptable and resilient will be important in this role as no two conversations are the same and will need an individual approach.
We are seeking individuals with a strong customer service and/or sales background, solid computer literacy and the ability to multi-task across multiple communication channels that include phone and email.
