As a Delivery Lead at HBF, you’ll join the Change Engine, a dynamic, enterprise-wide function responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that improve member experience, simplify processes, and enable technology driven transformation.

You will ensure that initiatives across your Tribe progress with clarity, confidence, and momentum removing blockers, managing dependencies, optimising workflow, and maintaining alignment with HBF’s delivery controls and guardrails.

What you’ll do

You’ll help shape how work is planned, prioritised, and delivered, always keeping an eye on efficiency, value, and the bigger picture. You’ll connect the dots between teams, manage dependencies, and ensure everyone understands what needs to happen and when.

You’ll also play a big part in strengthening how we deliver change across the organisation. That means guiding teams through our delivery processes, keeping our governance and risk controls on track, and constantly looking for ways to make things smoother, clearer, and more effective.

About you

You enjoy helping people stay aligned, facilitating conversations, and making sure goals and priorities are clear. When blockers pop up, you’re the first to spot them and the first to help get things unstuck.

You’re organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating between teams, stakeholders, and leaders. You bring curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and a desire to keep improving how things get done.

You also bring

  • Proven experience in delivery management, agile environments, or scaled delivery models
  • Strong ability to manage workflow, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
  • Experience influencing Tribe Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders with advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment through continuous improvement and agile ways of working
  • A growth mindset and a collaborative, facilitative leadership style
