As a result of recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Learning & Capability professional to join our Talent team within People & Corporate Affairs. Our focus is on designing and executing initiatives that deliver long-term value that support HBF’s position as an employer recognised for fostering an inclusive culture where people can contribute and thrive.

You will be part of an exciting, growing organisation where you can actively contribute to the development of our workforce now and into the future through the implementation of learning offerings that support our organisational transformation.
This role will deliver learning initiatives and programs that will support and enable HBF to build the capability of its people, and will partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver value-add learning solutions across the business.
To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified and have significant experience designing and delivering high-impact learning and development programs (including instructional design and facilitation). As a highly skilled facilitator and presenter, you are confident engaging with, and managing diverse audiences across a complex, member-focussed environment.
