The opportunity
HBF is currently on a journey of exponential change and growth and we’re looking for delivery and outcomes focussed Senior Project Managers to join our Enterprise PMO team. Conveniently located in Perth CBD, this role will be offered as an 18-month fixed term contract and offers competitive remuneration within a truly progressive organisation.

Reporting to the Enterprise Program Director, this role is critical in taking the vision of our Board and Executive Committee and successfully driving and delivering end-to-end enterprise portfolio initiatives. The Senior Project Manager is tasked with leading a team of program and project professionals to deliver high quality outcomes for various strategic and business focused projects or programs which include significant changes involving new business ventures, improvement to member experience, products and processes, compliance and risk management as well as system enhancements, infrastructure uplifts or cyber security uplifts.

About you
Do you have exceptional project delivery experience, comfortable leading highly skilled people for performance and foster strong engagement and working relationships with key stakeholders? We’d like to hear from you!

You have a proven track record in sustainably delivering and embedding significant change aligned with organisational objectives to ensure scope quality, time and cost objectives are achieved.

Commercially astute and a strong analytical mindset, you have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills enabling you to develop and foster collaborative working relationships across functional boundaries. As a true leader with proven capability to organise and develop multi-disciplinary delivery teams, you have a successful track record executing large programs within complex environments.

You are tertiary qualified with certification in project/program delivery and management. Experience within the financial services sectors with exposure to regulatory compliance requirements is desirable.
