The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in strategic marketing planning and consumer insights and this role is pivotal in shaping the organisation's marketing strategies and initiatives by leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and deep consumer understanding. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact team while championing best practice in a centre of excellence model, while driving transformative change.

Responsibilities include synthesising brand and member insights and showcasing throughout the business, driving collaboration across the group marketing function to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals, championing innovation in market research methodologies and leading cross functional initiatives to integrate consumer insights into product development, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. Additionally, the role entails providing leadership to direct employees, promoting a collaborative culture, and fostering relationships with stakeholders and agency partners.

About You
You will bring you analytical prowess and creative problem-solving skills to drive growth in a dynamic environment, using strategic planning experience and data insights to drive success. Your leadership fosters collaboration with teams and partners, ensuring impactful outcomes. You will have:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in strategic marketing planning, consumer insights, and market research, with a focus on driving excellence and innovation.
  • Deep expertise in consumer behaviour analysis, market research methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills with an ability to lead teams and foster collaboration.
  • Demonstrating the ability to proficiently manage partnerships and marketing budgets.
  • Drive for improving the member experience and driving brand growth through innovative initiatives.
