As the Property and Fleet Coordinator, you will support the delivery of property and fleet management across HBF’s national property and fleet portfolio. Reporting to the National Property Manager within the property and asset management function you will assist in coordinating facilities, tenant, commercial and fleet management.

About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator who prioritises building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You work well under pressure and have an eye for detail which will assist you in supporting our journey to in optimise while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Previous experience in property and fleet management experience OR experience in a similar coordination role as well as strong negotiation and communication skills will set you up for success in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and manage lease, tenant and fleet documentation and contracts
  • Monitor lease performance and compliance
  • Communicate with and support landlords to understand opportunities, operations and development
  • Tenant management with any complaints/requests managed in accordance with the lease
  • Coordinate maintenance of leased and owned fleet vehicles
  • Support management of vendors and suppliers delivering property, fleet and asset management services
