An exciting opportunity has arisen within the marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of HBF’s integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be a self-directed individual responsible for campaign rollout in digital, retail, and owned channels such as website, direct communications and branches, ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed effectively, efficiently and to a high standard. You will take full ownership of tasks from start to finish, collaborating closely with your teammates in marketing and beyond to achieve business objectives, contributing to the growth and sustainability of HBF.

 

About the role

  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels including branch, website, and direct communications
  • Deliver incentive campaigns to members and contribute to performance and competitor reporting
  • Coordinate internal communications to key stakeholders
  • Support branches with local area marketing, member communications, and collateral
  • Follow marketing planning cadence and participate in cross-functional working groups
  • Track and manage marketing budgets and provide general marketing/admin support on priority projects and tasks

 

About you

  • You’re an enthusiastic, passionate and results driven marketer with an eye for detail
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing or related field
  • High degree of self-management and ability to prioritise and manage many projects to deadline
  • A great collaborator, able to work with diverse stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing or a related area
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing technology and practices
  • Strong grasp of marketing-focused risk and compliance obligations
  • Experience in Private Health Insurance or other financial services industry desirable
