It’s an exciting period of continued national growth within HBF where you will provide exceptional executive level of support to the Group Executive Insurance & Health Services.
No two days will be the same and flexibility is key to being successful in this role. Varied tasks include calendar and email management, travel coordination, preparation of board and executive reports and providing general administration support.
About You
As an Executive Assistant, you will have demonstrated experience delivering a high level of professional support at a Senior Leadership level within a large organisation. You develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with ease as you respond to their needs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
What you bring
- A high level of written and oral communication skills and be confident in Microsoft suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use sound judgement, contributing to new ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to develop objectives for short term tasks and participate in strategic planning for longer term initiatives.
