The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Product Manager, the Assistant Product Manager (APM) provides essential support across multiple projects and plays a pivotal role as a product subject matter expert (SME). This role contributes to both day-to-day business operations and long-term product strategy, offering the opportunity to grow and make a real impact. You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities from supporting new product innovations to analysing market trends and assisting with regulatory change. Whether you’re helping to develop business cases or updating product collateral, you’ll be integral to ensuring our product portfolio is competitive, compliant, and customer-focused. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas and efforts are valued. Responsibilities:
- Support product lifecycle activities including concept design, market assessment, business case development, compliance, launch, and performance monitoring.
- Assist Product Managers with reporting, stakeholder feedback analysis, PRD creation, competitor reviews, and regulatory updates.
- Provide subject matter expertise in product and policy management, industry data analysis, marketing collateral review, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage operational tasks such as maintaining PHIS, business rules, product inbox, SupportPoint updates, and complaints handling.
- Lead tactical initiatives to address process improvements, compliance incident management, and Regulatory change.
