As the Finance Business Partner at HBF you will join our Finance Business Partnering team in working closely with key business stakeholders to deliver high-impact financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will be integral in shaping the future direction of the business, using your commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional value while showcasing your expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.


What you’ll do

Support Strategic Decision-Making: Assist in analysing financial results and preparing insights that contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with senior finance business partners and operational stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial support.

Contribute to Budgeting and Forecasting: Help coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and accurate inputs and analysis.

Enhance Reporting and Processes: Assist in streamlining reporting tools and financial processes to improve clarity and efficiency.

Monitor Financial Performance: Support tracking of financial outcomes and help identify opportunities for improvement in alignment with business goals.

  • Accounting qualification: With broad experience in a commercial setting, you’ll have a deep understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills: You can influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’ll be comfortable presenting, writing reports, and clearly communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven Budgeting and Forecasting Expertise: Your experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and collaborating with key stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
  • Adaptability and Agility: You’re able to deliver results under tight deadlines, prioritise effectively, and work confidently in ambiguous situations.
