As the Senior Performance & Reward Analyst, you’ll use data to shape fair, competitive, and meaningful reward frameworks turning numbers into stories that drive strategy within our nationally based People & Corporate Affairs team.

What You'll Do

The go-to for all things performance and reward, you will bring insights to life with data and play a key role in ensuring our pay structures and incentives are competitive, fair, and aligned to our values.

  • Lead salary benchmarking and analysing market data to guide pay decisions while considering internal pay equity
  • Support the design and modelling of incentive programs that motivate and reward
  • Build dashboards and reports (Power BI and Excel) that help senior leaders make smart, data-led decisions
  • Contribute to our annual performance and remuneration cycles, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and with impact
  • Drive process improvements that make things simpler and more effective for everyone involved.


About you
You're someone who gets excited about using data to solve problems and influence decisions, using strong communication skills to make complex insights easy to understand. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo when there’s a better way to do something, looking for efficiencies in all you do while providing education and support to the business on all things people, performance and rewards.

You’ll also bring

  • 4+ years of experience in remuneration, performance management or HR analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills, ideally with experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Knowledge of reward frameworks, job evaluation methods (like Mercer or Hay) as well as relevant legislation
  • A strong attention to detail and love for data accuracy

This role is available from our offices in Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.
