As the Compliance Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance and the wider Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to stay ahead of regulatory changes, uplift compliance frameworks, and partner with our people to educate and support. In this hands-on role, you will embed yourself across the HBF, thinking strategically, collaborative and to the future, not “this is how we’ve always done it.”
What you’ll do
- Analyse regulatory changes, supporting swift and thorough compliance
- Support HBF in meeting privacy and regulatory obligations, designing and monitoring effective controls
- Manage and enhance HBF’s eGRC Compliance module, focusing on privacy and regulatory protocols
- Lead updates to our Compliance Framework, embedding privacy and compliance by design
- Perform assurance activities and targeted reviews
- Build strong relationships across all levels while delivering compliance reports to senior leaders, championing privacy and compliance best practices

About you
You’re an experienced Compliance Manager with a passion for privacy and regulatory compliance, ideally with an APRA/ASIC background. Your expertise will ensure HBF protects sensitive data, meets evolving regulations, and fosters trust across all business units.
