As the Head of QA Engineering, you’ll take ownership of HBF’s quality strategy bringing every stage of the delivery lifecycle to life. From test automation to non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security coordination), you will look to reduce risk and accelerate safe, high-quality releases.
You will be the architect of quality across the enterprise, scaling automation and creating the frameworks that make frequent, reliable, and secure releases possible. You’ll lead a passionate QA team that’s building the foundations for safer, smarter digital experiences that make a real difference in our members lives.
What you’ll do
Shape the enterprise quality vision: Define frameworks, policies, and quality gates that raise the bar across engineering.
Automate at scale: Implement a true test automation pyramid, shift-left practices, and seamless CI/CD integration.
Champion non-functional quality: Own performance, resilience, accessibility, and operational readiness testing.
Enable delivery: Govern test environments, data readiness, and SLAs that empower product teams to move fast safely.
Measure what matters: Establish quality dashboards and insights that drive continuous improvement.
