As a Membership Processor, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and other internal departments. You’ll act as a contact point for any membership queries and assist the Member Experience Team with complex enquiries to maintain a high standard of service.

You’ll join a high performing, passionate and driven team who are always willing to coach and support each other and aim to deliver better-value services that help our members enrich their lives.


What you’ll do

  • Handle enquiries, process new joins, clearance certificates, rebate forms, policy changes, policy closures as some examples
  • Maintain accurate member information and process refunds
  • Send professional correspondence and ensure every touchpoint reflects HBF’s commitment to quality and service
  • Investigate and resolve member queries, and when you can, identify opportunities to make their experience even better, making a point of it being a one stop resolution for the member.


About you
You have experience in finance or insurance or a similar clerical or administrative role and are known for your accuracy, care, and can-do attitude. You’re confident communicating across phone and email and you take pride in getting details right.

You enjoy learning new systems, adapting to change, and pitching in to help your teammates when it gets busy. Above all, you care about delivering a great experience not just ticking boxes.
