As the Business Support Coordinator, you’ll be the right hand to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ensuring everything runs smoothly across the Finance team at HBF.
You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the CFO’s office operating at its best by managing diaries, preparing high-quality Board and Executive materials, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring the Finance division stays in sync and on track.
What you’ll do
- Support the CFO by preparing for Board and Executive meetings, reviewing papers, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Keep things running smoothly by managing the division’s operating rhythm including leadership meetings, reporting timelines, and planning cycles
- Coordinate strategy and projects across the Finance division, capturing outcomes, tracking actions, and following through on priorities
- Managing communication and logistics including diaries, travel, and correspondence
- Foster connection by coordinating team engagement activities, development sessions, and strategic planning workshops
About you
You’re a natural organiser, relationship builder, and trusted support partner who’s always one step ahead.  Your previous experience in executive or business support roles assisting senior leaders have helped you develop Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Using your proactive mindset you anticipate needs, solve problems, and make things happen, you know how to keep people aligned and projects moving.
You have high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities using discretion, professionalism, and a sense of ownership for your work. Experience in finance, corporate services, or a large, complex organisation will set you up for success in this role.
