About the Role  
As a Senior Digital Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving insights and optimisation across HBF’s digital platforms. You’ll leverage data to improve member experiences, influence digital decisions, and ensure our analytics tools and processes deliver maximum value. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and collaboration across multiple teams.

  • Manage and govern digital analytics tracking implementation, including tags and events within Google Tag Manager.
  • Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis of digital performance across websites and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Analytics and other tools to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to conversion rate optimisation initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing, to enhance user experience.
  • Provide campaign analysis and recommendations to optimise marketing performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practice in digital analytics.

This position is based in Perth, Western Australia, on a permanent full-time basis.

About You 
You’re a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimising digital experiences. You combine strong technical skills with commercial acumen and can translate complex analytics into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record in digital analytics and optimisation.

  • Extensive experience in digital analytics, with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools, specifically Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, with ability to create dashboards and integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, tagging methodologies, and data collection best practices.
  • Proven experience in A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimisation, and user journey analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve digital performance and marketing ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and working with external partners.
