As a Test Analyst at HBF, you’ll be responsible for creating detailed, reliable test plans that align with both functional and non-functional requirements. That means collaborating with business stakeholders to understand what's needed, preparing test documentation, and ensuring test coverage matches business goals.

When it comes to test execution, you’ll track defects, follow up on issues, and help validate fixes — all while keeping documentation accurate and up to date.

What you’ll do

  • Create clear test plans that cover everything from functionality to performance while working closely with our business teams to make sure your tests align with what they need
  • Run tests, log any issues you find, and support fixes
  • Follow HBF testing rules and standards and keep testing records up to date so progress is easily tracked

About you
This role is a great opportunity if you're someone who enjoys both independent work and team collaboration. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and your contributions will directly support the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly systems.  You will also have;

  • 5 years software testing experience, covering test planning, execution, and defect management as well a experience in test automation, ideally using Selenium with C#, and hands‑on experience with BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile delivery team, including participating in backlog refinement, gathering and constructively challenging requirements, and planning test activities aligned to sprint goals
  • Strong test design and execution skills, with experience writing clear, maintainable test cases, executing tests efficiently, and producing concise, high‑quality test summary and status reports for stakeholders
