Are you passionate about brand, data, and customer experience, looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity to make an impact? As the Brand & Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting HBF’s growth within the Private Health Insurance (PHI) and Health & Wellness sectors. Reporting to the Head of Performance, Planning & Insights, you’ll leverage a variety of data sources, including member data, syndicated reports, and market research, to create actionable insights that will drive effective decision-making and business value.

 

Working within the Performance, Planning and Insights team, you’ll provide key stakeholders with persuasive recommendations through regular reporting and presentations. Your contributions will support multiple teams within the business as well as creative partners in crafting our brand and go-to-market strategy.

 

About the role:

  • Support the ‘Voice of Customer’ insights program, including coordinating brand tracking and customer feedback surveys
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems, fill knowledge gaps, and provide actionable insights
  • Design and deliver reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance
  • Contribute to design and execution of ad hoc market research projects
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and manage relationships within budget and risk management guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure insights are adopted and utilised effectively

 

Previous experience:

  • Experience in an analytical/reporting role, preferably related to market/customer research
  • Tertiary qualification in Market Research, Data Science, Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, data mining, and analytical software/tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

 

Desirable experience:

  • Knowledge or experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Customer Experience platforms like InMoment, Qualtrics, or Medallia
  • Experience in managing external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
