As the Executive development and succession Planning Specialist, you'll embark on an enriching journey of shaping development and succession planning within a national Health care provider. You will develop a portfolio of Executive and General Manager level internal succession pools that are adaptive to the capabilities that HBF needs now and in the future.

To support this, you will design and implement a range of engaging and effective solutions that are aligned to HBF’s strategy and capabilities that will over time, measurably improve the engagement, readiness, and adaptability for future role opportunities within the HBF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of talent assessment and talent pool selection processes that build diverse pools of internal talent at Executive and GM level
  • Supporting retention and engagement strategies that reflect the relative risk and strategic benefit of retention to the succession strategy overall
  • Develop and evolve Executive and General Manager capability clusters, aligned to HBF’s strategies and to best practice
  • Analysing data to accurately report to the board on the assessment, readiness and development of internal and external talent pool participants, and the succession pool risks.

About You
Preferably with a degree in Psychology/Business and experience in organisation culture, you demonstrate your skills in leading the creation and delivery of a portfolio of work in Executive development and succession planning with visible impact.

Using your ability to assess potential and leadership behaviours you are an expert in your field, working with external providers to develop and deploy bespoke assessments and solutions.

You use data to drive innovation and decision making and are comfortable sharing your insights at executive level, your ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across an organisation sets you apart.
