As the MarTech (Marketing Technology) Consultant, you will support technical campaign development, delivery, optimisation and reporting using HBF's cloud-based Marketing Automation platform to support Member Engagement squad in achieving objectives.

Working alongside the MarTech Lead within Member Engagement, you’ll manage the operation of the platform so that the front and back end is continually refined to interrogate member data, build various types of programs and execute them while analysing results.

This role will initially be offered on a 12-month max term basis.


Key responsibilities

  • Design, build & execution of marketing automation contextual engagement journeys and standalone Marketing, Brand, Health Services campaigns
  • Translation of business needs into member engagement solutions that make the best use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Facilitate briefing sessions and gather requirements from key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Health services and other divisions
  • Design of all member engagement journeys and campaigns in Figma design software
  • Build email content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the build of journey canvases where applicable
  • Monitor and measure campaigns and journeys for effectiveness, suggesting recommendations what could be improved in future


About you
You are a self-starter who thrives working in an ever-changing business landscape, is comfortable operating in the grey and is focused on continuously driving marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

You have demonstrated experience with use and development of current Marketing Technology, specifically the integration of core CRM systems with cloud-based marketing automation platforms (Eloqua and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a distinct advantage as well as digital marketing and/or database marketing experience.

You are strategic thought and planning overlaid with industry best practice and a high level of analytical skills and reporting experience.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge and SQL coding is desirable for this role.
