As the HR Advisor, you will support all aspects of HR and end to end recruitment within Queensland Country Health (QCHF) and See-u, subsidiaries of HBF.
Reporting to the Manager HR advisory, you will help our east coast-based teams thrive by playing a key role supporting leadership teams, promoting a culture of growth and innovation. You’ll get the perfect mix of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities while having the opportunity to make a real impact. No two days are the same in this fast paced role.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders across our East Coast teams, providing guidance and support on HR processes, legislation, policies and Talent Acquisition
- Partner with our HR Business Partners on succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning
- Support the Implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and our Enterprise Agreement
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for our Queensland based roles
- Handle employee relations (ER) cases, including performance management and grievances
- Conduct risk assessments to help mitigate people-related risks
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You are solution-focused, and you have a knack for making decisions that support both business goals and operational success in line with organisational policies and procedures.
You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, you know how to manage stakeholders effectively ensuring they are on the same page and you proactively keep track of key metrics and SLAs, always looking for ways to improve.
Leaning into your previous experience in HR and recruitment as well as your role related qualification, you are confident in making decisions in line with legislation and working autonomously in a standalone role.
