As the Head of Member Engagement, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to engage with our members and ensure they see the ongoing value of their HBF membership. You’ll work across all member communication channels, from digital to service-based interactions, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance member retention and reduce cancellations.
This is a leadership role where you'll be responsible for setting the strategy and vision for member engagement within a dynamic, agile environment where your ideas can shape the future of member retention and experience.
You'll be responsible for
- Embedding and leading the strategy for member engagement and retention, ensuring the vision is clear and consistent across all communication channels
- Driving the design and delivery of best-in-class engagement journeys for our members
- Collaborating with various teams, including Marketing, Health Services, and Scrum Masters, to align on strategy, KPI’s and ensure a smooth flow of work
- Playing a key leadership role in growing your squad's competencies and helping team members develop in their roles
- Working closely with other leaders to drive forward HBF’s broader objectives, so strong collaboration is key
About you
A proven and motivating leader, you motivate your team with expertise in driving member engagement and retention strategies while building strong stakeholder relationships, collaborating with various teams and external partners to achieve success.
With a deep understanding and hands- on experience with marketing automation and technology platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud you are experienced in in planning and delivering data-driven marketing programs across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
You posses a growth mindset, a passion for continuous learning and innovation and thrive in an agile environment that prioritises initiatives based on member needs and business objectives.
