Are you ready to make a real impact on people's lives? As the Head of Behavioural Health, you'll be at the forefront of developing a cutting-edge digital platform that engages members and rewards positive health behaviours. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of this innovative platform, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop a business case for a digital behavioural health platform, defining business objectives and key success metrics.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand capabilities and dependencies.
  • Design and implement the behavioural health platform, collaborating with external partners.
  • Monitor, manage, and enhance the platform to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Increase member engagement and improve member health scores.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define business objectives and key success metrics for the behavioural health platform.
  • Engage with key business units across HBF to understand internal capabilities and technical dependencies.
  • Conduct an external scan of potential vendors to align with business objectives.
  • Develop a high-level business case for consideration by the HBF Executive and Board.
  • Design and implement the behavioural health platform, identifying and engaging external partners.
  • Monitor and continually enhance the platform to ensure business objectives are met, increasing member engagement and improving member health scores.

 

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or demonstrated skills and experience.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of a digital behavioural health solution for a private health insurer.
  • Significant experience in a Project/Programme Manager role or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage perspectives and collaboratively facilitate stakeholders to create consensus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Appreciation of the importance of embedding change and engaging stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and project management methodology.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry, particularly the challenges and opportunities in the sector (desirable).
  • Experience working within numerous frameworks and to standards (desirable).
