About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about social media and eager to engage with a vibrant, ever-growing community? HBF is seeking an all-round Social Media Consultant to join our Social and Content team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly connect with our members, create meaningful interactions, and make a real impact by shaping our social media presence. Your expertise in social will help us deliver engaging content, build stronger relationships with our audience, and amplify our brand story. You will be hands-on in planning, implementing, optimising, and measuring our social media portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver an integrated social media plan that leverages multiple networks to engage with HBF members and aligns with HBF’s brand goals and business objectives.
- Produce and curate engaging, relevant, and on-brand content across various social media platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns to promote HBF’s services, initiatives, and events
- Ensure consistent delivery of the HBF brand (tone, style, design) across all social channels.
- Track, measure, and analyse social media performance to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Liaise with go-to-market teams and agencies to create a social media roadmap that complements the always-on digital media roadmap.
About You
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and driven individual who can bring energy and a go-getter attitude to a busy marketing team. You will have expert knowledge in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising or content strategy, and a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written and visual communications. Strong analytical skills to interpret insights and report on business outcomes are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
