About the Opportunity:

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Marketing Coordinator at HBF, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and key programs of work. You will be responsible for campaign rollout across paid and owned channels, ensuring that our marketing efforts are executed with precision and efficiency. Your strong attention to detail and ability to deliver at pace will be essential in supporting our business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels including retail, digital, press and direct communications.
- Support and execute activities for retail locations including go-to-market media, member communication, signage, and point-of-sale materials.
- Coordinate and execute activations across retail sites and events.
- Follow marketing planning cadence and play an active role in cross-functional working groups.
- Track and manage marketing budgets.
- Provide general marketing/admin support on priority projects and tasks.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to brand guidelines (image, tone, style, design).
- Contribute to performance and competitor reporting.
- Coordinate and deliver internal communications to key stakeholders.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications preferably in Marketing or a related area.
- Work experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing technology and practices.
- A high degree of self-management and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage many projects to deadline.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and proactively support team members.
- Experience in following formal work processes to mitigate business and reputational risk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on campaign effectiveness.
