As the Senior Community Impact Advisor, you take the lead in taking HBF’s social and environmental impact to the next level, working across the business and with incredible community partners to bring our strategy to life. You’ll also play a key role in helping us meet our environmental goals and navigate new climate disclosure requirements.

In this newly created role at HBF you’ll have the chance to continue to shape this from the ground up. You’ll lead the community side of our sustainability work, designing and delivering programs that reflect our purpose, engage our people, and have a positive impact where it counts.


What you’ll do

  • Design and run social impact initiatives that are targeted and aligned with HBF’s values, long-term vision and with our members in mind
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with health organisations, charities, and community groups
  • Track and report on impact—making sure what we do is meaningful and measurable
  • Supporting sustainability reporting (including climate disclosure frameworks like AASB S2)
  • Inspire our people to get involved through volunteering, workplace giving, and internal campaigns – including improving uptake on our volunteering days organisation wide


About you
You are someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for people, community, and positive change. With previous roles in social impact or community engagement, you have a broad understanding of ESG trends, social issues, and impact measurement.

You partner with and build meaningful relationships with community groups, and are targeted in your approach to insure organisational values align with partners.

You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder skills—you know how to influence, collaborate, and inspire. Project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities will also assist your impact in this role.
