About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders across HBF in different roles from member facing to niche tech roles.

We partner with leaders and their BP’s to understand the purpose of each role, what success looks like and build nurtured relationships with future talent.

We deliver an exceptional candidate experience (even for those not progressing) and champion internal talent mobility, bringing HBF’s values to life throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.

You’ll be a go-to expert for sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruitment best practice. This role isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about shaping careers, influencing decisions, and ensuring HBF remains an employer of choice.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience running end-to-end recruitment (internal or agency).
  • Strong sourcing skills with a knack for building talent pools and keeping them engaged
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building—you connect well with everyone from hiring managers to passive candidates.
  • Confidence to advise, coach, and sometimes push back when needed.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an eye for process improvement.
