What you can expect
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, the Product Manager is instrumental within HBF in the implementation of our strategic pillars and also our product strategy.
The Product Manager is required to review and analyse the retail PHI portfolio, analyse competitor activity and products, and play a leading role in the management of our product set.
The role will proactively engage and influence other critical functions so that any proposed changes are well understood and supported in line with our vision.
Depending on priorities, the Product Manager will also be required to support the Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Performance in designing the products of the future, looking for gaps and opportunities within our current suite and tackling the tough issues that often get left on the backlog.

You have demonstrated experience in product management and product development, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services, as well as experience in influencing and leading organisational change.
You are a vibrant, energetic and collaborative team player with a natural ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, and with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
You are a strong multi-tasker with a proven ability to meet deadlines, coordinate several tasks simultaneously and prioritise workloads.
