You will lead the management, enhancement, and integration of these systems to enable efficient processes, ensure data accuracy, and support strategic financial outcomes across the organisation. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and championing innovation to deliver high-impact finance solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading system upgrades, configuration changes, and roadmap development in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Driving finance systems projects, including implementations, integrations, automations, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Maintaining master data governance and compliance with audit and risk management frameworks.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement through workshops and training to promote system adoption and capture evolving requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and innovate finance systems to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.

About You

You are a technically skilled and strategic finance systems leader with a strong background in managing enterprise finance platforms and driving system improvements. With a solid foundation in finance and technology, you bring hands-on experience in ERP and modelling tools, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in dynamic environments, managing complex projects while building strong collaborative relationships to deliver value across the organisation.

You will also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading finance systems, including ERP management, implementations, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Anaplan model building or similar platforms (e.g., TM1, Hyperion) and experience with TechOne Financials, including SQL querying for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with skills in financial software, databases, low-code development, and contract interpretation to ensure project deliverables.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring teams and engaging non-technical stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organisational skills and resilience, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and deliver under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in finance processes such as planning and forecasting, accounting principles, CA/CPA qualification progression, and familiarity with financial services or regulated sectors, especially Australian health and insurance systems is highly desirable.
