As the Risk & Operations Officer to be the go-to person for all things coordination, compliance, and operational excellence across our Commercial & Insights division. 
You’ll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to make sure priorities are clear, schedules run smoothly, and our risk culture remains strong and proactive. 
Every day will bring something different from managing reports and engagement events to spotting and addressing operational risks before they become issues.
What you’ll do
In this varied and high impact role, you’ll:
- Manage the division’s operating rhythm, from planning cycles and leadership meetings to engagement activities and reports
 - Support senior leadership by providing professional, proactive executive support to the CCO, including diary management, travel coordination and preparation of papers and briefings
 - Champion great risk practices as our line 1 risk administrator, maintaining risk registers, tracking actions, and ensuring compliance across the division
 - Partner with other risk champions, Executive Assistants and stakeholders across HBF to share insights and align activities

- Experience in risk administration, governance, or compliance
 - Experience providing executive-level support with strong coordination and organisational skills
 - A keen collaborator you have a knack for building great relationships and communicating clearly
 - A sharp eye for detail and discretion with confidential information
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
