As a Content Consultant at HBF, you will be the strategic storyteller behind key experiences, planning, creating, and optimising content that guides, reassures, inspires, and empowers our members. You’ll be part of our Member Engagement squad within the Marketing Chapter, reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and working closely with member engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud SMEs.

You’ll be collaborating with experts across Health, Product, Compliance, Brand, Acquisition and Retention, shaping high performing content across email campaigns, lifecycle journeys and blogs.


What you’ll do

  • Collaborating with the Member Engagement squad to deliver content that lands the right message, to the right audience, at the right moment.
  • Produce high-quality emails and blogs, ensuring content is on-brand, accurate, compliant, and purpose-driven.
  • Test and iterate on content using A/B testing, engagement insights and behavioural data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Use these insights to identify opportunities, fill content gaps, and improve the performance and engagement of our member journeys.
  • Design content across critical member journeys including onboarding, engagement, retention and beyond.

 

What You Bring

You’re someone who gets genuinely excited about creating great content, whether that’s writing something clear and compelling, shaping a journey, or digging into insights member pain points to figure out what our members want to see and know.

You’ve spent several years in marketing or content roles, ideally within an Agile environment.  You know your way around digital communications and knows how to create content that drives the desired member behaviour. You enjoy taking a complex topic and turning it into something easy to understand, and you care about getting the tone right, so it feels human, helpful and on brand. You’re always looking for ways to improve things, whether that’s a call to action, a piece of content, or a member journey.

You understand the basics of SEO and are comfortable with digital tools including Jira, Confluence and have email marketing or CRM experience, ideally with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
