As we continue to elevate our digital experience, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Delivery Enablement Chapter. You'll be supporting the Digital Self Service (DSS) squad within our Digital Tribe, helping shape digital journeys that our members rely on every day.
About the role
You’ll be the leader of your squad, guiding, coaching, unblocking, and championing agile ways of working across the team. You will also;
Coach + Empower: Lead BAs and Product Owners with a collaborative mindset, helping the squad self‑organise and deliver with confidence while facilitating stand‑ups, planning and showcases. You will lift agile maturity across the squad and wider organisation, creating a safe, trusting environment where ideas surface and problems are tackled openly.
Drive Delivery that Matters: Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, forecasting, quarterly planning and maintaining predictable flow, ensuring delivery aligns with Technology standards, quality expectations and alignment to our HBF 2030 strategy.
Value focused: Work with the squad and Digital Tribe to ensure that functionality is delivered in line with the Change Engine priorities in a way which is both predictable and sustainable.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Use data to inform planning, forecasting and value tracking and unlock opportunities for better ways of working, for your squad and the broader Chapter.
About you
You’re someone who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional environments, loves problem‑solving, and is energised by bringing people together. You also have;
- Experience working with agile teams and frameworks at scale
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and how products move from concept to delivery
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps)
- CMS exposure, UX/UI appreciation, or knowledge of the health insurance or financial services domain
- Analytical focus, using data and reporting to support decision making
