The purpose of the Service Design role is to re-imagine the future member experience, (working with the Transformation programme + Member Experience Division) and improve today’s member experience by designing and developing HBF interactions aligned to our strategic goals and Member Value Proposition. This requires taking a holistic view of all elements that HBF members interact with and aligning all the resources required for the delivery of the designed experience (people, process, tech, data).
We have multiple positions available for experienced Service Designers, or Strategic Designers, with expertise in Design Thinking.
• Postgraduate qualification in Interaction Design, Service Design, Innovation, Human Computer Interaction highly regarded. Undergraduates with an emphasis on Human-centred Design, Psychology, Business, or relevant business experience highly regarded
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience designing experiences, products and services across multiple channels that balance user needs, business objectives and technical and commercial constraints
• Holistic and human centred approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concepts and tangible solutions
• Strong qualitative and quantitative design research skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including.
• Strong collaboration skills, including workshop facilitation
• Highly skilled analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Phenomenal stakeholder management skills, able to approach various business leaders and facilitate in a consultative manner
You will be a go getter, hungry for a challenging environment where you can produce and facilitate meetings, workshops and a clear vision on how to deliver recommendations on your findings.
