The Opportunity
As HBF continues its journey of uplifting and improving its technology capability, so does our need to ensure our processes and systems are fit-for-purpose and managed appropriately. The Process Improvement Analyst (People Systems) will be the first point of contact for all upgrades and improvements relating to our People Systems. With a hands-on approach to leading and managing system improvements, this role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring systems adhere to state/federal obligations and configured accurately in line with business requirements.
  • Mapping processes with a view to improve the current systems and implementing new software that meets the ongoing requirements of HBF.
  • Collaborating across divisions to produce and automate reporting.

About You
You are an advanced user of HR systems with demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering (specifically in relation software implementation projects). A strong communicator, you’re able to lead discussions and make comprehensive recommendations around process and system improvements. A naturally solutions-focused person, you are analytical in your approach to solving problems. Specific to this role, you will have a sound understanding of employment practices, procedures, legislation and compliance.
