As a Marketing Consultant within the Brand & Growth team you will support the planning, developing, and activating brand and product campaigns across the full customer journey. You’ll bring together insight, creativity, and strong execution to deliver communications that drive acquisition, deepen engagement, and strengthen the HBF brand.
Working within a collaborative cross-functional environment, you’ll partner closely with product, digital, media, creative, compliance and agency teams ensuring our campaigns land with accuracy, meaning, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Campaign delivery & activation
- Support the planning and execution of the GTM marketing program
- Develop and activate propositions across the full brand ecosystem (acquisition + retention)
- Craft briefs and collaborate with media and creative agencies
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for continuous improvement
- Deliver campaigns on-time, on-budget, and aligned to Brand & Growth OKRs
Marketing operations & collaboration
- Follow and contribute to marketing planning cycles
- Deliver timely reporting and insights
- Lead internal campaign activation (communications, engagement, rollout)
About You
You’re a curious and proactive marketer who loves getting stuck into meaningful work and seeing ideas come to life. With a marketing qualification around three years’ experience under your belt, you’re confident managing campaigns end-to-end and know how to craft clear, compelling briefs that get the best out of agency partners.
You understand the modern marketing landscape. from insights and targeting to the tech, tools, and data that help campaigns perform. You’re great at turning consumer insights into communications that feel relevant and human, and you communicate just as confidently with internal teams as you do with external stakeholders.
Detail matters to you, but so does momentum. You’re organised, you can juggle multiple projects and you’re the kind of person who takes ownership and sees things through. Above all, you’re a team player who genuinely enjoys collaborating, pitching in, and finding better ways of working together.
