As a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our Executive and Senior Leaders, collaborating to deliver innovative, people first solutions that empower teams to excel.
Combining future thinking with practical execution, you’ll champion initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture, boost engagement, drive high performance and build leadership capability across HBF. This position is offered as a maximum-term contract of up to 12 months, providing cover for maternity leave.
What you’ll do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Design and deliver high-impact programs in organisation design, workforce optimisation, culture uplift, and leadership development
- Partner with leaders to embed HBF’s leadership behaviours and foster a culture of high performance, innovation, inclusion and wellbeing
- Leverage workforce analytics and insights to inform strategic decision making and measure impact
- Coach leaders to confidently manage complex people matters
- Mentor the HR Business Partner and other members of the broader HR team
About you
You’re a seasoned HR professional who thrives on building trust, establishing credibility, and influencing at the highest levels.
You love the challenge of translating complex business needs into practical, people focused solutions that drive real impact, and you’re confident navigating ambiguity and change with a calm, strategic mindset.
You bring a mix of commercial acumen, creativity, and empathy, and you’re someone who can think big picture while rolling up your sleeves to make things happen. All while inspiring others to lead with confidence and care. You’ll also bring:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field Extensive experience partnering with Executive leadership to deliver strategic people solutions
- Exceptional influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in organisation design, change management, culture, and talent management
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity
