The Opportunity

We are currently seeking passionate and flexible Member Relationship Consultants to join our Mobile Team on a full time basis

As a Mobile team member, you will have the opportunity to work across the entire Metro Branch Network, working with different leaders, teams and members across a variety of branch locations.

This role is offered on a part time basis and requires flexibility to work shifts between 8.15 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. 

Key Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for potential new members to identify their needs and make recommendations on the right HBF products for them. You will also work closely with existing members to:

  • Review their cover
  • Process claims
  • Respond to queries
  • Promote and demonstrate the use of online services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability in providing an outstanding member experience with a holistic approach to members and their needs
  • Confident having needs based conversations around selling Health Insurance, and cross-selling General and Life Insurance
  • High level software skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications while serving members
  • Eager to learn, while working in a fast pace team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability is key – you will be required to work across multiple branches Monday - Saturday

A comprehensive, 7 week paid training program will be provided to successful candidates upon commencement.  Training will be be delivered on a full-time basis between Monday to Friday.
