The Remuneration Analyst is a critical role in People and Corporate Affairs, responsible for supporting reward projects and annual remuneration processes throughout the year. The role has a strong analytical focus, while maintaining a strong emphasis on continuous improvement of policies, processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery of remuneration review processes and incentive programmes
- Supporting the implementation of the Reward Strategy and classification framework
- Providing research and analysis to aid in forecasting and decision making
- Management of annual data submission processes to external remuneration survey providers
You love data and are an Excel whizz with high attention to detail. You have a continuous improvement mindset and can balance exceptional customer service and technical excellence with the ability to support the organisation on reward related matters in an ever-changing business environment. You have two-three years’ experience in remuneration, rewards and benefits with a tertiary qualification in HR, business or finance. The role requires an individual with high level analytical skills who can work at pace with exceptional attention to detail.
