The Opportunity

With HBF's rapid expansion in Transformation projects, we are looking for the ideal candidate to join us as an IT Support Officer. This exciting on call duty’s role will be based in the Brisbane region to support our new Brisbane office, various branches and kiosks. The role will require the candidate to be able to think on their feet, have excellent problem-solving skills and work autonomously. This role will be offered on a Permanent Full time basis. 

About You
We are looking for someone with recent experience as an IT Support Officer, working at a Level 1-3 capacity. This role will work closely with a key stakeholder in the region and reporting directly to the Manager, Service Management in Western Australia. The responsibilities of this role include supporting the various business divisions throughout the Brisbane region. To be successful for this position,

We are looking for:
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Management
• Exceptional customer service skills, supporting various HBF members through new device setups and creating user ID platforms
• Good understanding of WAN/LAN Infrastructure
• Virtual Desktop experience
• Troubleshooting devices, projectors, laptops, TV’s
• Highly skilled with Office365 and Windows 10
• Proficient with Cherwell ITSM Software (or similar) and prioritization skills
